Key Responsibilities & Scope
As an Associate Data Analyst in Performance Marketing, your tasks will include:
- Search Campaigns: Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across search engines (Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, etc.) Greenhouse
- Display & Social Campaigns: Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others Greenhouse
- Data Modeling & Analysis: Analyze A/B experiments and marketing data; build models for optimization Greenhouse
- Dashboard & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to help decision-makers and account managers Greenhouse
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics) Greenhouse
- Fresh graduates (0–1 years of experience) are welcome Greenhouse
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) Greenhouse
- Solid grasp of statistics and Excel Greenhouse
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g. SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau) Greenhouse
- Understanding of A/B testing concepts Greenhouse
- Ability to work under guidance and collaborate on projects Greenhouse
