- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, provide accurate product / service information
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to SLAs
- Collaborate with team leads for escalations
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (2021–2025 batch eligible)
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
