Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning / statistical models on network, customer, or usage data
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, correlations, and predictions
- Collaborate with domain experts (network teams, business units) to translate problems into data science use-cases
- Build pipelines to clean, preprocess, and transform raw data for modeling
- Monitor model performance, retrain, and optimize over time
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present insights to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming language
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
- Experience with SQL / database querying, data manipulation
- Ability to work with large datasets, distributed computing (Spark / big data) useful
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
