Their India arm works on software, data, and digital systems that underpin research, biomedical data, analytics, and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software modules supporting clinical / research / health systems
- Work with APIs, backend services, and integrate with data / analytics systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, QA) for feature development
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code
- Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, quality, and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of software development experience (internships / projects / open source work count)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming
- Proficiency in one or more backend / full-stack languages (Java, Python, C# etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, web frameworks
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Good problem-solving skills, debugging, and attention to detail
- Clear communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
