Role & Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business / operational data to extract insights and trends
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Query large datasets using SQL or analytics tools
- Develop data models, metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations)
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor data quality, perform validation, and troubleshoot data issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles (0–3 yrs)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Good communication — ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in teams and manage tasks independently
