Role & Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in backend / frontend / full-stack modules
- Participate in feature development, bug fixing, and enhancements
- Debug, test, and optimize software as per project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and design solutions
- Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards
- Learn new tools, frameworks, and contribute to project growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0 to 1 year experience (freshers / recent graduates)
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP)
- Familiarity with one or more languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL), APIs, or web technologies is a plus
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in teams
- Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset
