Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Services Intern at AVEVA (Hyderabad / Bengaluru), you may have responsibilities such as:
- Supporting the services team in software deployment, customer support, technical documentation, or solution implementation
- Assisting in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving service-related issues
- Participating in integration work, installation support, and post-deployment monitoring
- Collaborating with technical, engineering, and support teams to deliver service excellence
- Preparing reports, service logs, and documentation of workflows
- Learning processes, tools, and methodologies used in industrial software services
