Job Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about sales and business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will act as the key bridge between the company and customers, driving lead generation, onboarding new clients, and maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads through online channels, calls, and networking events.
  • Convert leads into paying clients through consultative sales and excellent communication.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain service offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve sales strategies.
  • Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Gather market feedback to help improve NoBroker’s offerings and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling calls, meetings, and client interactions.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
