Role Descriptions

1️⃣ Customer Service Associate

Handling inbound calls from domestic or international customers
Providing swift solutions to queries
Ensuring customer experience quality

2️⃣ Technical Support Engineer

Giving L1 technical support
Assisting users with troubleshooting and diagnostics
Documenting every case properly

3️⃣ Voice / Non-Voice Process

Processing customer queries via call or chat
Working on CRM tools
Updating customer interaction logs

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates from any stream can apply
Freshers welcome
Strong English communication required
Ready to work night or rotational shifts
Basic computer proficiency

Skills Required

Fluency in English
Ability to handle pressure
Analytical and logical thinking
Knowledge of MS Office
Good telephone etiquette
