Sutherland is conducting a mega walk-in recruitment drive for Customer Support, Technical Support, and Non-Voice roles. This drive includes openings for both freshers and experienced candidates.

Role Descriptions

1️⃣ Customer Support Associate

Handling customer queries via phone or chat
Providing accurate information and solutions
Ensuring customer satisfaction through polite communication

2️⃣ Technical Support Associate

Resolving product or service-related technical issues
Troubleshooting using predefined SOPs
Supporting global customers via email or call

3️⃣ Non-Voice / Back-Office Associate

Working on data entry, documentation, or email support
Updating internal systems and logs
Ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers from any educational background can apply
Good communication in English
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication
Problem-solving attitude
Basic technical awareness (for Tech Support)
Typing speed of 30–35 WPM (for Non-Voice roles)
